As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Studio Manager to own the day-to-day operations of the studio and help the team work faster, better, and more efficiently. This role exists to remove operational friction, uphold quality, and ensure consistent delivery of client and internal projects - on time and on budget -working closely with the CEO.
This role is part of our LATAM division and requires full-time availability aligned with the PST timezone.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end studio operations and lead a multiple person design & development team, ensuring balanced workloads, high efficiency, and consistent delivery
Drive team performance through 1:1s, feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Build, execute, and maintain a scalable project management and delivery structure across client and internal growth initiatives
Own resourcing, timelines, dependencies, and task allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for the team ensuring clarity on briefs, scope, and expectations.
Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, on budget, maintaining high availability and reliability
Oversee time tracking of contractors, budget tracking, accurate billing, and client invoicing
Manage studio tools, software, resources, schedules, and documentation, resolving operational and logistical issues proactively
Maintain quality control across all outgoing work and continuously improve workflows and best practices
Track studio performance, prepare reports, update leadership, and lead weekly team and project meetings
Create proposals, contracts and other documentation based on need.
Help lead company wide initiatives that include AI initiatives and internal tools.
Required Skills & Experience
Senior-level experience in creative or digital agency environments as Lead Project Manager, Chief of Staff or related.
Proven ability to run studio operations and manage multiple projects in parallel & leading or overseeing designers and creative teams
Availability to work in the PST time zone
Fully remote role based in Latin America & professional, client-facing English (C1 level)
