The Role: Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-value projects. You will collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with business priorities, manage risks, ensure efficient resource allocation, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management process, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk strategies

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure projects align with organizational priorities

  • Mentor and motivate cross-functional teams for successful execution

  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency

  • Identify and resolve risks or issues, escalating challenges with actionable solutions

  • Track progress using project management tools and maintain accurate documentation

  • Deliver regular project updates and executive-level reports to stakeholders

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct post-project reviews for improvement

  • Drive change management processes with transparency and control

About You

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience managing large, complex projects end-to-end

  • Proven expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams

  • Experience in healthcare or health-related projects is an advantage

  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make data-driven decisions

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
