Product Analyst

Role : Associate Product Analyst

Experience required : 2 - 4 years

Working hours : 9 am - 6 pm IST

Role summary:

The Associate Product Analyst will support the project by analyzing product and business requirements, understanding project needs and documenting clear, accurate specifications to support development, QA, and stakeholder alignment.

Expected responsibilities:

1. Analyze project requirements, user needs, and functional workflows to support the products team (PM),

2. Assist in documenting product requirements, project work flows with clarity and accuracy.

3. Assist in maintaining product documentation such as BRDs and feature specifications.

4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.

5. Track requirement changes and maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Support in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming activities through well-prepared documentation.

7. Be a product expert.

Required Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2. Write extensive documentation, flowcharts and wireframing.

3. Ability to understand business and technical requirements with attention to detail.

4. Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.

6. Experience with SAAS Platform before or a large web application.

7. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
