We are seeking a Benefits Senior Associate to join our Wellbeing & Rewards Center of Expertise, responsible for supporting key initiatives and executing health & welfare program changes. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of health & welfare benefit principles and procedures, with experience in benefits vendor accountability and health plan compliance.
Requirements
- Supports the Benefits COE with benefits vendor accountability, review and outcomes analysis.
- Supports the Benefits Manager by executing on health & welfare benefits strategy.
- Develops and maintains an annual health plan compliance calendar.
- Handles escalated and complex issues and works with third party vendors to resolve the issue.
- Supports the Benefits COE with the management and design of the health & welfare plans, and overall wellbeing programs.
