Essential Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight (≈40%): The Senior Manager of Operations Analytics leads the development and execution of annual and multi-year OPEX budgets for Facilities Operations across the portfolio, aligning spending with maintenance strategies and long-term operational objectives. They monitor monthly expenditures, generate variance reports, and partner closely with Finance to support accurate forecasting, accruals, and the development of financial models that enable scenario planning, vendor evaluation, and analysis of capital and operational initiatives. This role collaborates with site and regional teams to validate budget assumptions against actual run-rate performance and operational demands, while also analyzing maintenance cost drivers, vendor billing accuracy, and cost-to-value trends. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing and reviewing customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms, including ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of billing, compiling necessary supporting documentation, maintaining compliance with customer-specific requirements, and managing communications related to invoice questions or disputes.

  • CMMS Strategy & Administration (≈40%): The Senior Manager of Operations Analytics oversees the enterprise-wide configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the CMMS platform to support consistent, data-driven facilities operations. They lead efforts to standardize work order workflows and equipment hierarchies across all sites, ensuring alignment with operational standards and reliability goals. This role partners with on-site teams, engineering, and vendors to maintain data integrity and enforce system compliance, while also coordinating with Change Control and Energy Controls to ensure CMMS records accurately reflect approved MOPs and procedural documentation. The Senior Manager also develops and maintains CMMS reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into compliance, backlog, and technician productivity, enabling performance monitoring and resource planning across the portfolio.

  • Telemetry & Operational Insights (≈20%): The Senior Manager of Operations Analytics supports capturing and integrating operational telemetry from systems such as BMS, EPMS, and EMS to provide actionable insight into equipment performance, reliability trends, and energy use across the portfolio. They lead efforts to unify disparate data sources, enabling portfolio-level analysis of asset conditions and operational anomalies. Collaborating with site teams and engineering, they contribute to root cause analyses and incident investigations by providing system tracebacks and data-driven context that inform corrective actions and long-term risk mitigation.
