The Senior Contracts Manager – Latin and South America will be primarily focused on drafting and negotiating software licensing agreements in support of the Rocket sales organization.
Requirements
- Effectively allocate time to meet business priorities, ensuring timely contract turnaround and alignment with organizational goals
- Manage the entire contract negotiation process, from initial request and review through negotiation and execution
- Develop non standard agreements to address unique customer engagements involving complex professional services
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms
- Develop a thorough understanding of Rocket’s business, products, markets, customers and partners
