Your Camping Adventure Expert

The idea for roadsurfer came about when five childhood friends went on vacation together and tried to rent RVs for a road trip along the Atlantic coast. While one couple already owned an RV, the rest of the group found it difficult to find a suitable rental location. When they returned home, they couldn’t shake the thought, “This has to be easier,” and roadsurfer was born.

roadsurfer was founded in Germany in 2016 as an RV rental platform. Since then, we have grown to a fleet of over 5,000 vehicles at our various locations. In addition to rentals, we now also offer RV subscriptions and sales (currently limited to Germany), as well as unique camping experiences at our roadsurfer spots campsites, currently available at select locations in Europe.
