Who We’re Looking For

The Printing Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and support of the full implementation of the RF-SMART printing for NetSuite application for the NetSuite ERP system. Adept at assessing client printing needs and recommending optimal solutions, the consultant will lead the implementation effort directly for our customers. This individual must be energized by a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of different activities on a given day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver detailed printing solution using RF-SMART for NetSuite ERP application
• Areas of concentration: ZPL Coding, PDF Coding, NS Saved Search, Suite QL and NS Workflow.
• Lead/perform all printing implementation tasks and assist customer with application design, setup, testing and training
• Advise customers on label designs and printing application.
• Be the main point of contact for printing throughout the implementation
• Work effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations
• Works closely with customers to understand their business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Work with Products team to provide product feedback and test new features
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service throughout the implementation process.
• Assume role of Trusted Advisor to customers and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and print management best practice solutions
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on printing and assist support and training of other team members
• Communicate suggested enhancements to development team

What You Bring:

• Bachelor degree in related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience; other business management disciplines considered
• Strong technical skills
• Experience with NetSuite would be an advantage
• General warehousing knowledge preferred
• Working knowledge of an ERP supply chain or warehouse management software solution preferred
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to travel up to 30%
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, creative
