We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Operations to refine and scale our existing CS systems and processes. This role will involve optimizing workflows, standardizing deliverables, and building the infrastructure needed to enable self-service for our customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success operations, revenue operations, or Paid Search account management with a strong operational mindset
- Hands-on experience managing or working deeply with Google Ads accounts, including campaign structure, reporting, and performance diagnostics
- Strong proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure
- Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for creating order from complexity
- Experience documenting workflows, building templates, and driving process standardization
- A bias toward building systems that reduce manual work and enable team scalability
