We are actively seeking an Implementation Specialistto join our Delivery Team! If you love Hubspot and customer facing roles - this could be a fit for you! You will own the end-to-end execution of Fast Track HubSpot implementations, delivering consistent, high-quality RevOps foundations while contributing feedback that evolves and improves our Fast Track product!

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

  • Implementation:Deliver Hubspot Fast Track implementations using proven templates and best practices.

    • Configure core HubSpot components including CRM objects, pipelines, automations, and reports

    • Own delivery quality and timelines for assigned clients

    • Communicate Fast Track scope clearly and manage out-of-scope requests with confidence

  • Improve:Identify recurring patterns and insights to improve Fast Track templates and processes

    • Provide structured feedback to evolve and strengthen the Fast Track product

  • Collaborate:Collaborate closely with Sales and PX to ensure smooth delivery transitions

    • Flag when client needs exceed Fast Track and support escalation to more tailored solutions

  • Communication & Documentation:Communicate the RP Way and maintain clear documentation for builds and client handovers

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

  • Experience:

    • 1-2 years experience in implementation and/or project management

    • 1 year experience using Hubspot

    • Experience in a customer facing role

  • Communication: Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.

  • Curate: Map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis & prioritize revenue plays.

  • Strategy: You can take a complex problem, break it down into its smaller parts, and work systematically to find a solution.

  • Management: Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward
