United States onlyWe are seeking a Premium Audit Trainer to deliver education, training, and ongoing support for our Premium Services Audit team members in a virtual environment.
Requirements
- Deliver live, structured training sessions via Zoom as an instructor for the Learning Academy.
- Engage trainees throughout the full training cycle using a mix of lectures, videos, and interactive instruction.
- Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and individual auditor needs.
- Complete and review a variety of audits (virtual, phone-based, or on-site), including workers' compensation and general liability.
- Provide audit support during high-volume periods or when other instructors are unavailable.
- Respond to audit-related inquiries via the team email queue, ensuring timely and accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless training and audit processes.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) content, including training modules and videos.
- Incorporate trainee and team feedback to continuously improve training curriculum.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture through open communication and professional collaboration.
