The Sales Engineer is the front-line seller tasked with developing Resideo product sales within the East of France territory by selecting strategic partners and spending 50% of the time developing relationships with installers.
JOB DUTIES:
- Visit direct clients (Distributors) and indirect clients (Installers)
- Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact, managing customer expectations and provide competitive intelligence and market trends
- Ensure timely completion of various reports (e.g., visit reports, SFDC) necessary for effective activity management
- Identify business opportunities and ensure their conversion
- Carry out all specific actions required by management and the company's development, particularly with installers
- Attend trade shows, seminar, and similar events.
- Drive business growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers
- Deliver value by forging new strategic relationships
- Grow your knowledge of Resideo products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
- Analyse results and develop action plans for the region
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of experience in technical sales and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills / ability to build an influential network
- Proficiency in Excel and SFDC (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, and heating products
- Fluent English
