The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations, partnering closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
