Remote World is partnering with a UK-based wellness subscription brand to hire for this role. They deliver curated self-care and wellness boxes to 80,000+ active members every month — and when something goes wrong with a delivery or subscription, they want their members to feel genuinely looked after.
The role
You'll handle inbound support from members via live chat and email — managing subscription changes, chasing missing deliveries, answering product questions, and making sure every interaction leaves members feeling valued rather than frustrated.
What you'll do
- Respond to member queries via live chat and email
- Handle subscription pauses, cancellations, and upgrades
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues with the fulfilment team
- Process refunds and replacements following brand guidelines
- Maintain a warm, on-brand tone in every customer interaction
What you'll need
- Warm, empathetic written English — you make customers feel valued
- Organised and reliable — you follow up on open cases until they're closed
- Comfortable with repetitive but detail-sensitive work
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload remotely
Nice to have
- Experience in subscription, DTC, or consumer brand support
- Familiarity with Recharge, Gorgias, or Shopify
- Genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
