About the company
Remote World is partnering with a US-based project management SaaS company to hire for this role. They serve over 100,000 business users globally and their onboarding experience — including live chat support — is a key driver of whether new customers stick around or churn.
The role
You'll be on live chat supporting new and existing users as they get set up and grow into the product. You'll answer product questions, walk users through features, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction increases a customer's confidence in the platform.
What you'll do
- Handle live chat and email queries from new and existing users
- Guide users through product setup, key features, and integrations
- Troubleshoot account and technical issues and escalate where needed
- Identify users at risk of churning and flag to the Customer Success team
- Contribute answers to the knowledge base to reduce repeat queries
What you'll need
- Excellent written English — clear, helpful, and human
- Quick learner — you can get to grips with SaaS products and explain them clearly
- Comfortable managing a live chat queue during busy periods
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SaaS products via live chat
- Familiarity with Intercom, Drift, or similar live chat tools
- Understanding of project management or productivity software
