We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Exam Proctoring & Data Entry Assistant to support our client's team. This position involves tasks such as generating attendee reports, preparing follow-up emails, and ensuring accurate data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and good English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee online exam sessions to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Pull and organize reports of meeting and exam attendees from various platforms.
- Prepare and send follow-up emails based on attendee and exam data.
- Accurately enter and update data in Salesforce and other systems.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on administrative and reporting tasks.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all handled information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or exam proctoring preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for data management and reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to various online tools and platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
