Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and chat
- Convert leads into confirmed tutorial appointments through persuasive and empathetic communication
- Understand and articulate our tutoring services to match client needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the scheduling and instructional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (1–2 years preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations toward conversion
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and call management tools
