Job Title: Architectural Drafter

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Drafter with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation. This role involves working collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Prepare construction detailing and spec sheets with a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference.
• Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
• Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets.
• Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management software for tracking design progress.
• Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
