Salary: R28 000 - R30 000
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles across aviation, telecoms, and engineering sectors.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage a strong talent pipeline using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, feedback, and interview scheduling with account managers.
- Write engaging job adverts and candidate summaries tailored to client needs.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to refine candidate search strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment role (agency or internal).
- Proven experience sourcing candidates in technical fields – ideally within aviation, telecoms, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of candidate search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer suitable for professional use.
- Aviation industry knowledge preferred, but not essential.
