What you'll be doing:
You want to be part of our success story and contribute to revolutionizing commerce? Then join our team as a Junior Project Manager (m/f/*) in the area of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Pricing & Promotions!- You will support the implementation of the RELEX software by coordinating project activities and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- You will help monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, and assist in preparing progress updates for stakeholders.
- You will facilitate smooth communication within the project team and help keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
- You will assist with project documentation, invoicing processes, and organizing ticket handling.
- You will contribute during pre-sales phases by helping prepare project plans, resource estimates, and documentation.
What you'll bring to the table:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination or assisting in software implementation projects.
- You are familiar with stakeholder communication and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- You have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to organizing and tracking project activities.
- Ideally, you have a basic understanding of SCM, Manufacturing, and Pricing & Promotions systems from either a business or IT perspective.
- You are a strong communicator and team player with good organizational skills.
- You are fluent in English; German and/or Polish skills are a plus.
