Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and accurately disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to rise to a challenge; can handle change, conflict management, and uncertainty at times
