Relay is a collaborative money management platform for small businesses. We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our fast-paced Growth Marketing team. The role will be responsible for all of Relay's marketing tracking infrastructure and ensuring clean, accurate insights across all marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth operations, or a similarly technical marketing role
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot tracking, and paid media tagging
- Fluency in SQL, BI tools like Metabase or Tableau, and advanced spreadsheet work
- Experience with attribution models and multi-touch attribution
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical teams
