Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector in a high-end context
- Familiarity with online booking systems
- Knowledge of English and French
- Ability to use and improve digital tools in support of the booking process
- Strong organizational, relational, and commercial skills
- Customer orientation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
