Your Mission: Client Ambassador (CSM/Account Manager)

As our Client Ambassador (CSM/Account Manager), your primary focus will be on enhancing the emotional well-being of our clients. This is not a sales position. Your mission is to deeply understand how all clients are feeling and to thoroughly grasp their business needs. You will identify what makes them happy or unhappy and report your findings to the marketing director and project managers.

Understanding each client's individual needs and exploring different approaches based on what works best for them is essential. You are the clear communicator between our clients and our team, bridging any communication gaps and bringing them to the forefront.

As Client Ambassador, you’ll be focusing on the emotional states of clients, and have several key responsibilities aimed at ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our clients. These responsibilities include:

  • Actively listening to clients' concerns, needs, and feedback.

Requirements

1. Client-Facing Experience:

🌟 Required to have experience in a client-facing role and MUST be comfortable interacting directly with clients.

πŸ‘₯ Direct client-facing experience in the HVAC industry is a bonus, but not a requirement.

2. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
