Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment roles working profiles of development, quality, usability, product, management, etc (technology industry, preferably in software development services/consulting companies)
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of 10 searches on average in parallel
- Advanced level of English
- Studies in Human Resources or related fields
