Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions) to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and test campaign strategies, creatives, and audience targeting to maximise return on investment.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve performance targets.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing paid digital marketing campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and optimise campaigns for growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong English communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Experience working with e-commerce, F&B, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or other tracking platforms.
