Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Presence Development: Establish and manage the firm’s professional identity on Facebook and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Content Implementation: Curate and post content that reflects the quality and heritage of the organisation’s specialised glass design portfolio.
Financial Oversight: Monitor outstanding invoices and professionally follow up on payments to ensure consistent cash flow, liaising with the external accountant as required.
Administrative Coordination: Provide high-level support through efficient diary management and task oversight to streamline daily operations.
Compliance & Document Support: Assist with the administration of contract work documents and basic health and safety records to ensure project-level compliance.

Requirements
Digital Marketing Competency: Proven experience in managing professional Facebook and LinkedIn pages for a business.
Administrative Experience: Solid background in executive support and general business administration.
Credit Control Skills: A professional and diplomatic manner when following up on outstanding client payments.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in navigating both Google and Microsoft ecosystems (Email, Drive, Sheets/Excel).
Document Management: Familiarity with handling formal business documents or contract-related administration.
Operational Infrastructure: Must possess a fully operational home office with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dependable power backup solution (Inverter/UPS) to ensure consistent availability.
