Reclut was created in 2022 around a clear gap in the recruitment market: companies were paying for agency activity and receiving stacks of CVs, yet still had to make hiring decisions without comparable information. The founders set out to replace exclusive retainers and fragmented candidate reports with an open, on-demand marketplace. Companies can publish a role for free, define the hiring bounty they are willing to pay, and receive proposals from multiple vetted expert recruiters competing to find the strongest fit.

Reclut combines this recruiter network with an AI decision engine that analyzes each candidate's profile, recruiter notes, and the job requirements. Its side-by-side assessment covers experience, education, cultural fit, career progression, availability, and skills, while also providing strengths, weaknesses, recommendations, tailored interview questions, and an overall score. The human company remains responsible for interviewing and selecting the candidate. Its pay-on-success model requires no posting fee or exclusivity: the bounty becomes payable only after the new hire remains with the employer for 60 days, and payment insurance can cover up to 80% of the recruiter's bounty if the hiring company does not pay.
