Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented graphic designer with a firm understanding of design software, such as Quark Xpress, InDesign or Illustrator, plus photo-editing software such as PhotoShop.

You will work closely with the marketing & business development teams in order to promote and improve community engagement and participation. Ideally, you have an array of talent both in still and animation and love to jump into projects and with your golden touch, see them improve and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Literally everything of related to the visual part of marketing/community/pr/social media/...including:

• Website design
• Social media banners & SM handle designs
• Lead images for PR & partnerships
• Newsletter design
• Youtube thumbnails
• Display banners for paid media
• 2D Animation would be extremely advantageous!
• 3D animation would set you far apart from the pack!!
• Work closely with game design teams to ensure brand and CI consistency.
• Liaising with team to determine their requirements in relation to design, and production.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience as a graphic designer either freelance or agency
• 1+ years of experience in gaming (desired but not a must);
• Active designer or member of an arts foundation (desired but not a must);
• Available portfolio to share
