Key Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
2. Working knowledge of Angular or React frameworks for UI development.
3. Experience in handling Technical Production Support (L2/L3), including customer issue resolution and defect fixes.
4. Strong debugging skills with ability to analyze application logs, database queries, and performance issues.
5. Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases.
6. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in performing detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent fixes.
8. Willingness to work on both legacy and modern applications.
9. Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers/stakeholders.
10. Experience with Git, JIRA, and basic DevOps processes is an added advantage.
