Job Responsibilities :

The Senior Product Designer drives the creation of meaningful and cohesive product experiences across the software ecosystem. They lead user research, define UX strategies, and design intuitive interfaces that support product and business objectives. By partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Senior Leadership, they ensure that user-centered design informs strategic decisions and that the product delivers a high-quality, coherent experience end-to-end.

User Research

  • Leads end‑to‑end user research: defining strategies, selecting methods, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Collects and centralizes user feedback; analyzes qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Synthesizes insights into actionable deliverables (reports, personas, journeys) and integrates findings into product strategy and UX decisions.
  • Aligns teams around user needs through presentations, workshops, and ongoing communication.

UX Design

  • Owns the product’s user experience, maintaining deep understanding of workflows, interactions, and ecosystem.
  • Defines personas, user flows, and UX requirements; creates wireframes, prototypes, and conceptual diagrams.
  • Facilitates UX workshops and continuously monitors industry best practices to ensure high‑quality experiences.

UI Design

  • Designs intuitive, consistent interfaces aligned with UX requirements and platform guidelines.
  • Produces high‑fidelity screens, components, and interaction specs; maintains and evolves the design system.
  • Documents UI patterns and ensures visual consistency across the product.
  • Collaborates closely with developers for accurate implementation.
  • Provides limited, lightweight visual support to Marketing when needed.

Design Operations

  • Establishes processes, tools, and rituals that integrate design into the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensures UX/UI deliverables are validated and ready for development; supports implementation and quality control.
  • Continuously improves workflows, tools, and documentation.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partners with Product Managers to shape vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Ensures design decisions support business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Identifies risks early, manages expectations, and makes informed trade‑offs.
  • Facilitates alignment through discussions, workshops, and clear communication of design rationale.

Leadership & Communication

  • Presents research insights, UX strategies, and design proposals to senior management.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Data, and Customer Experience teams to ensure ecosystem consistency.
  • Represents the design perspective in cross‑team planning and strategic initiatives.
