The role involves conceptual master planning, site design, permitting, and utility coordination for hyperscale data center campuses and other complex site development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in site/civil engineering — experience with data center, industrial, or campus-scale developments preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiar with grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
