Pay is DOE: $120,000 - $180,000+/year

Senior Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee, supervise, and lead a dynamic team to deliver a multitude of private land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.
- Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.
- Prepare written proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients and be responsible for all project related items.
- Possess the technical abilities and skills to guide a team of engineers in all aspects of the project.
- Exceed client expectations through clear communication and execution of the project
Senior Civil Project Manager Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, managing project, and/or programs.
- Ability to manage projects/programs independently.
- Self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent client service.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
