Radiology Partners is seeking a RCM Quality Performance Associate responsible for activities related to RP’s MACRA and Dictation Feedback program initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage data to support strategic decisions and ensure data quality standards.
- Build and maintain Smartsheets and automation for RCM Quality workflows.
- Monitor MACRA and Dictation Feedback performance; create scorecards and review coder compliance.
- Deliver training and write departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership and adapt to evolving business needs.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferred
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 and CMS Quality Payment Program, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), required.
- Excel preferred experience with Formula generation, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency with Smartsheet software, preferred.Including automation and formula generation.
- Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio, preferred
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
