Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:The Microsoft Services Architect provides technical leadership for the Practice’s Microsoft Cloud environment, overseeing Power Platform, M365 products, and related technologies. - Designs and delivers technical implementation strategies across Microsoft services.
- Collaborates on defining and building enterprise-wide standards.
- Develops technical documentation for system architecture and implementation.
- Implements solutions across Microsoft applications and platforms.
- Defines best practices and supports Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform policies.
- Monitors system performance, security, and access controls.
- Troubleshoots and resolves escalated system architecture issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of Microsoft services administration experience.
- 6+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar business-facing role.
- Expertise in M365, Power Platform, Azure AD, and Exchange Online/On-Prem.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Windows Server Platforms, and PowerShell scripting.
