License Specialist II

Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications across a nationwide radiology practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Maintain accurate provider data within credentialing systems, uphold confidentiality, and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry (multi-state experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and credentialing software; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, research and analyze data, and build effective relationships with providers, staff, and external partners
