POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to oversee the Accounts Receivable teams and manage workflow. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of departmental assets, supporting the company’s strategic positioning and sustainable growth. Success in this position is measured by the effective management of revenue cycle processes, resolution of payment issues, and achievement of key performance goals. The Supervisor will also contribute to process improvements that optimize the overall performance of the revenue cycle.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the revenue cycle process, including accounts receivables, denials management, insurance follow-up, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Review key performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with the Associate Director to develop action plans.
  • Address payment issues, including claims processing, billing challenges, and escalated patient complaints or audits.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and third-party payer requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of process improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance and achieve departmental goals.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field from a four-year College or University preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle management in a fast-paced, high-volume, managed care environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, CPT/ICD9/ICD10 coding, financial reporting, and collections processes.
  • Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
