Summary of Position:

The Digital Commerce Performance & Insights Analyst owns how digital commerce performance is measured, understood, and acted on. This role builds the source of truth for marketplace performance, develops custom KPIs that solve real business problems, and designs standard processes that enable faster, better decision-making across Amazon, Chewy, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Build Custom Reporting

• Own cross-channel performance reporting and dashboards across digital commerce, supporting Amazon, Chewy, and TikTok.
• Integrate data from retailer portals, internal systems, and third-party tools into clear, executive-ready views.
• Surface key drivers, risks, and opportunities tied to growth, profitability, and customer experience.

Create Custom KPIs

• Define and evolve KPIs that go beyond standard retailer metrics to address core business questions.
• Partner with channel owners to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and benchmarks.

Design & Standardize Processes

• Establish consistent processes for performance reviews, forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
• Create operating rhythms that align insights with planning and execution.
• Document standards and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital commerce, e-commerce analytics, or performance insights.
• Strong expertise in Amazon; and TikTok Shop preferred.
• Proven track record building custom KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in BI and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
