Field CISO

We are looking for a Field CISO for Central EMEA with a primary focus on business and market development. The role will play a pivotal role in continuing to scale and grow our Central EMEA region as well as supporting and developing our Enterprise and Strategic customer growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrable Market Development experience in the Cyber Security sector.
• Proven experience 4+ years in Cyber Security and 2+ years in a similar senior cybersecurity leadership, architecture, or advisory role, with Growth Accountability.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with a natural talent for public speaking to simplify complex technical topics for business leaders and win audiences and build enthusiasm
• Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, threat detection, cloud security, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Rapid7's Platform and its components, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Exposure Management (Surface Command, Exposure Command, Exposure Command ADVANCED), Attack Surface Management, Next-Gen SIEM, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence.
• Deep knowledge of the Central EMEA security landscape, including regulations, industry trends, and customer challenges inc compliance regulations relevant to the Central EMEA landscape (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, KRITIS).
• Experience of working effectively in a channel sales environment, enabling and supporting partners.
• Ability to travel regularly across the Central region as required for customer and industry engagements.
• Fluent in English; additional Central European languages are a plus.
• An insatiable curiosity for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging threats.
