The Principal Solutions Engineer will interface with customers to identify their needs and collaborate with various engineering and operation departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer’s experience.
Requirements
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for new customers
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across different business verticals
- Troubleshoot complex issues during the POC phase and work with customer, QA and Engineering teams to deploy fixes as needed
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and services provided
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and optimal usage of terrestrial and satellite communication systems
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of Quvia products and their value proposition
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Quvia systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, systems, engineering, QA, and service delivery, to ensure successful project execution
