We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will have a background in software development, system administration, and an understanding of DevOps principles and practices. You will report to the Manager of DevOps Engineering.
Your Impact
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, run time Container Orchestration Platforms (K8s), AI Platforms-as-a-Service, Infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems.
What You'll Do
- Design CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
- Manage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior DevOps engineers and other team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve our DevOps processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- 3+ years of experience in building software applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Bitbucket (preferred)/GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
- Experience developing software services using - Java, Spring, Python, or Golang.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
