t is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence team, and we are currently hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Solutions Architect to provide architectural design, BC integration, and client-facing leadership for large-scale projects and an exceptional team.

This role can be located anywhere in Canada, or the United States, and we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Solutions Architect, you will provide functional expertise for large CE integrations.

What will my role entail:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Design and oversee the integration of Dynamics CE with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Oversee the customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics CE solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure the overall quality and performance of the Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architectural designs, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of Dynamics CE solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies, driving continuous improvement within the team.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Marketing/ Customers Insights and Field Services
  • Proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM) in various industries
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Deep experience in Quote and Order management in Dynamics CE.
  • Strong understanding of ERP functions and experience integrating Dynamics CE with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, ability to influence and ease decision making for customers
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to travel when required
