- Support and maintain the organization’s software development environment.
- Administer and optimize Git environments, including configuration, access control, branching strategies, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in Software Configuration Management (SCM).
- Automate processes and improve workflows through Perl and Unix scripting.
- Contribute to defining and implementing development and delivery processes.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in software development and configuration management.
- Strong Perl programming skills (a technical test will be part of the selection process).
- Proven experience as a Git administrator and advanced user.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments (RHEL experience is a plus).
- Experience with Unix shell scripting (ksh, bash).
- Familiarity with modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a support-driven attitude.
- Work fully remote from any European Union country.
- Occasional travel to Brussels may be required.
