Stay safe on Himalayas

Never send money to companies. Jobs on Himalayas will never require payment from applicants.

As a Content Strategist, you are a bold, fast-moving professional who shapes and scales the voice of one of the most aggressive growth brands in the mortgage industry. You sit at the center of marketing, storytelling, executive thought leadership, rapid response, webinars, video strategy, and field content development. You are equal parts strategist, copywriter, producer, and operator — someone who identifies compelling narratives, reacts quickly to industry moments, and develops content systems that drive awareness, engagement, and broker growth. Your ability to lead content strategy across webinars, executive content, product launches, and integrated go-to-market initiatives will make a direct impact on industry conversations and broker success. You thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity, precision, and speed are valued.

About the Role

  • Translate go-to-market priorities, market trends, and business initiatives into compelling content strategies and campaigns that resonate with broker audiences.

  • Write and develop content across multiple formats including executive social content, video scripts, webinar content, launch messaging, talking points, sales narratives, rapid response messaging, and thought leadership pieces.

  • Partner closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to create platform-specific content strategies optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels based on audience behavior and engagement patterns.

  • Lead content capture during brokerage visits, executive travel, live events, and field activations, transforming on-site opportunities into scalable multi-channel campaigns.

  • Support weekly webinar programming through content strategy, promotional copy, scripting, positioning, and identifying repurposing opportunities across channels.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, social, PR, events, sales, and executive leadership to align messaging, launches, campaigns, and brand standards across owned, earned, and partner channels.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve content performance, workflow efficiency, speed-to-market, and develop scalable content systems that increase visibility and engagement without sacrificing quality or compliance.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling instincts with demonstrated experience in B2B or financial services audiences.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and digital engagement across multiple platforms.

  • Highly organized with strong project and workflow management skills, comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Strategic thinker with strong editorial judgment and proactive collaboration abilities that build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Strong understanding of brand standards, messaging consistency, and compliance considerations in regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in rapid-response or real-time marketing campaigns and content production workflows.

  • Familiarity with video scripting, content production, and multi-channel campaign development.

  • Background in mortgage, fintech, or financial services marketing and thought leadership development.
