OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst, Finance Systems & Operations to support Quartile’s Finance team in driving process improvement, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll act as a connector between business and technology — analyzing needs, designing process solutions, and managing projects that enhance our financial operations. You’ll be hands-on in initiatives such as new billing processes, subscription management tools, financial data automation, and cross-functional reporting improvements.
This is a brand new role that will continue to evolve as the team scales, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or analytical background who enjoys solving complex problems, working across teams, and implementing scalable systems and controls
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations/project management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes with operational processes.
- Experience leading system or process implementation projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar tools.
- Proficiencywith spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, self-directed, and adaptable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Analyze existing financial and operational processes toidentifyinefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and BI teams to define requirements for new tools and process improvements.
- Lead or support implementation projects (e.g., billing automation, subscription management systems,CRMor ERP integrations).
- Support the implementation of a new billing system, partnering closely with the Finance Director to help lead the project.
- Document business processes, workflows, and dependencies across finance operations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation.
- Partner withBIteam tomaintainand scaleperformance dashboards and KPIsfor financial and operational metrics.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Support data quality initiatives, including data clean-up for month-end close.
- Assistin developing scalable workflows and controls to support growth.
- Conduct business case analysis for new tools or process enhancements.
