What You Will Do
- Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations and automate go-to-market execution.
- Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to design and automate the generation of branded documents and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all go-to-market materials.
- Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months.
- Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture.
What Your Resume Shows
Must-Haves
- 3–4 years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang).
- Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
- Hands on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, LangChain).
- Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor).
- A proven ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver outcomes at speed.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Based in Quebec (preferred).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in marketing or demonstrated interest in go-to-market, brand, and content operations.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a personal coding portfolio.
- Cybersecurity awareness or best-practice knowledge.
- Startup environment experience.
