Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, higher education, education administration, or other related fields
- Minimum 1+ year experience working with low-income, first generation students
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite software and Google applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective analytical skills and effective oral and written communication skills
