The Director, Veteran Student Support Services (VSSS) oversees support services for eligible veteran students, developing quality control mechanisms and driving continuous improvement of participants' experience. The position manages program activities, staff, and budgets, ensuring compliance with the U.S. Department of Education laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, education, higher education, education administration, or other related field
• Minimum 5 years experience working with low-income, first generation students
• TRIO experience and understanding of adult learner theories are preferred
