Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights

  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive campaigns

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and SEO projects

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency environment

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
