Job Summary
The Campaign Specialist is responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot platform utilization. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive lead generation, nurture strategies, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HubSpot campaign management, automation workflows, reporting, and CRM integration to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation (HubSpot-Focused)
Build, launch, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email, landing pages, workflows, and lead nurturing programs
Develop and optimize automated workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stage progression
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions aligned with business objectives
CRM Management & Data Optimization
Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM data integrity, including list segmentation, contact management, and lifecycle tracking
Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking across marketing and sales funnels
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and dashboards, providing insights on KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Conduct A/B testing and campaign analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Required Skills
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, and web channels using HubSpot
Partner with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and alignment
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Support lead generation initiatives and pipeline growth through targeted marketing strategies
Troubleshoot campaign issues within HubSpot and ensure seamless system functionality
Stay current on HubSpot updates, marketing automation trends, and best practices
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (required)
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead lifecycle management
Experience with campaign analytics, reporting tools, and performance optimization
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Email Marketing, or similar)
Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms (Salesforce, CMS, or analytics tools)
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000
